WHO CAN RENT
Surfboards are for anyone comfortable in the water. To rent, you need to:

You’ll be paddling out on your own, so you should be comfortable in the surf.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need surf experience to rent a board?+
Yes — prior surf experience is required. This is equipment rental only; we do not offer lessons. Surfing is a dangerous sport and renters are responsible for their own safety in the water. If you are new to surfing, we recommend taking a lesson before renting independently.
What size board will I get?+
We stock soft top boards from 6ft to 8ft. We will recommend the right size based on your height, weight, and experience. Tell us your level when booking and we will set you up with the right board for the conditions on the day.
Is a wetsuit included?+
Wetsuits are an optional add-on at +€5/day — ask us when booking. The Atlantic off Lagos is cooler than the Mediterranean, so a 3/2mm suit is recommended outside June to August.
Where are the surf spots near Lagos?+
Meia Praia is right outside — great beachbreak for beginners. Praia do Canavial and Ponta da Piedade work in bigger swells for experienced surfers. We will point you to the right spot based on the day’s conditions.
Can I extend my rental?+
Yes — just message us on WhatsApp and we will check availability. Extensions are charged at the daily rate. The earlier you ask, the easier it is to arrange.
How far is Lagos Wake Park from town?+
About 5 minutes from Lagos town centre at Meia Praia beach. Easy to reach by car or rideshare. A summer shuttle bus from Lagos train station also stops nearby.
What should I bring?+
Just yourself and sun protection. We provide the board, leash, and wax. Wear board shorts or a swimsuit — add a wetsuit (+€5/day) if you want coverage. Bring cash or card for payment.
Can I book same-day?+
Yes, if availability allows. Message us on WhatsApp as early in the morning as possible — same-day bookings fill up fast in peak season. We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead in July and August.
