WARRANTY

If you item is faulty we are really sorry to hear that!

If you have some faulty products, firstly contact us, describing the faulty problem, complete the form with pictures and we will reply in maximum one working day.

Please retain your returns proof of postage, in case there are problems with the return package.

For any warranty returns, the original packaging need to still be in place. 

PLEASE BE WARNED: ROCK, SLIDER, RAIL OR ANY OTHER IMPACT RELATED DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED BY OUR STANDARD 1 YEAR WARRANTY.

The  Warranty policy covers:

    • Any manufacturer’s or material defect as determined by Kitesurfwake.com

All Warranties are subject to the following limitations:

  • Any problem resulting from misuse, abuse, impact (including concrete, rocks, ramps, boxes, rails) or neglect
  • Cosmetic issues including discolored graphics, top sheet dents, or damage including excess sun exposure
  • Wakeboard damage resulting from improper mounting of boots, straps or the use of incorrect mounting hardware.
  • Wakeboard boot chassis damage resulting from improper mounting of wakeboard boots or use of the incorrect locks, bolts, or mounting hardware
  • Wakeboard boot damage from mounting error
  • Damage due to improper storage and handling of the product
  • Damage caused by any wakeboard/kiteboard/surfboard modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from natural causes, such as hurricanes, tornadoes, floods and storms (“Acts of God”).
  • Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship.


All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If any parcel arrives damaged or missing items please contact our customer service department who will be able to help in logging a claim against the courier on your behalf.

WARRANTY PERIODS BY BRAND

North Kiteboarding

We have provided a straightforward and honest warranty procedure in order to ensure that the owners of North Kiteboarding products have an enjoyable and long-term experience.

North Actionsports Group warranties all products to be free from major defects in material or workmanship to the original purchaser, for a period of 365 days from the date of purchase. Products registered with 180+ warranty will have an extended period of 180 days.

Mystic boarding 

We have provided a straightforward and honest warranty procedure in order to ensure that the owners of Mystic products have an enjoyable and long-term experience.

North Actionsports Group warranties all products to be free from major defects in material or workmanship to the original purchaser, for a period of 365 days from the date of purchase.

Cabrinha

Cabrinha Kitesurfing warrants that this product, when it is purchased from an authorized Cabrinha Kitesurfing dealer by a retail customer, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year (Kites/Boards/Board Accessories) / 6 months (Control System) from the date of purchase by the original retail customer. This warranty is solely for the benefit of the original retail purchaser and may not be assigned. For retail customer Limited Warranty claims, proof of purchase from an authorized Cabrinha Kitesurfing dealer is required. If the date of purchase cannot be established, Cabrinha Kitesurfing will make a determination based upon on the last production year of the particular model, or on the condition of the equipment claimed. 

Liquid Force

iquid Force warranties and obligations set forth below are in lieu of any other express warranties or obligations of Liquid Force Wakeboards, its distributors, or retailers. All Liquid Force products are warrantied to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material workmanship except as otherwise provided herein.

Liquid Forces warranty extends for a period of ONE YEAR from date of purchase on all products except custom hand finished wakesurfboards, wakeskates and apparel. Wakeskates are warrantied for 90 days and custom hand finished wakesurfboards and apparel is not applicable to any warranties. Proof of purchase is required from an authorized Liquid Force dealer. RECEIPT MUST CLEARLY IDENTIFY DEALER. Liquid Force will, at manufacturer’s option, repair or replace any wakeboard, kiteboard, or boot binding which exhibits defects in material or workmanship. REPAIRED OR REPLACED ITEMS ARE COVERED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY ONLY.
