Return policy

We have a 30 days return policy for products ordered through our website or bought in the shop. You can request a return or exchange by contacting us at anytime. We’ll authorize and send you a shipping label to have it picked up. If you are requesting a return for a warranty or product defect please follow our warranty guidelines. 

How to return your order

You need to contact us within 30 days after purchase and either return the item in person or ship it to us.

Refunds

In case of applying refund, we will request an IBAN number of the account and transfer money back to buyer. Processing time might take up to 5 business days plus the time of processing the transfer.
