What if I need to modify my order?

If you need to modify your order please contact us as soon as possible. Order modifications are free of charged before order is shipped. If shipping is processed return and shipping cost may apply.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Please contact us in this case. We have direct access to managing parcel service which allows us to change the delivery address.

Can I get same day delivery?

At the moment we are not offering this service. We are planning to include that shipping option in the future for Portugal.

How to get a refund?

In case of applying refund, we will request an IBAN number of the account and transfer money back to buyer. Precessing time might take up to 5 business days.

I lost my password, how to login?

Please find lost password option in our footer webiste, or simply contact us and we can send you recovery password email.

What happens with my personal data?

Your data is stored and protected by Kitesurfwake shop for orders processing and future contact. If you wish for us to delete all of your stored data, please send us an email with the account name and email address it was associated to.
